VOLLEYBALL CLUB

The Athletic Gaines Gym is home to AGVC and AG Elite Basketball. We are proud to have a court that we can call home. This benefits us for scheduling and gives us the access to a court whenever we need it for practices, 1-on-1's, group sessions, etc.

Athletic Gaines gym

The Athletic Gaines Training facility is a 17,000 square ft. facility that includes a 40 yd. turf field, 6 power racks, Power Blocks, Power Plates, and much more. The facility includes a "players lounge" complete with couches, chairs, and a tv (open to parents and siblings as well... not just players). It has a small conference room that is available for AGVC athletes to do homework or other work that might need to get done. The facility has a small kitchen that offers protein shakes, fruit smoothies, Gatorade, water, Clif Bars, Kind Bars, and a few other small snack items. Lastly, there is an on sight physical therapist with a few training rooms. Call us and come by for a free tour of the facility.
